Dr. Stuart Davidson
Senior Pastor
Stuart came to Eastern Shore Baptist Church in January 2010. His is a graduate of Samford University. He possesses a master’s degree and a doctoral degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Stuart has been married to his wife and high school sweetheart Angela for nearly 20 years. They have three sons: Jay, Jack and Jett. Stuart is a passionate advocate for orphans. He loves preaching, teaching, and sharing Christ.
Chris Turner
Worship Pastor
Chris has lead worship for over 25 years in Louisiana, Texas, Florida and now Alabama. He is a Louisiana native and a graduate of Louisiana College (LCU). Chris also has a master’s in Music Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and Patti have been married for 25 years and have three adult children: two sons Caleb and Ryan, and a daughter, Payton. Chris joined the staff of ESBC in 2022.
Josh Raybon
Associate Pastor, Youth & Education
Josh joined the ESBC staff in 2013. Josh graduated from Mississippi State University in 2006 with a degree in political science and from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2012 with a Masters in Christian Education. Josh met his wife, Candace, in high school and the two of them have been married since 2008. Josh and Candace have two children, Smith and Daylee Grace.

LeAnn Gentry
Children’s Director
LeAnn Gentry has worked in ministry for over 35 years, in both volunteer and staff roles, and has been with ESBC since Spring 2021.
LeAnn is passionate about children and their families and makes it her mission to include them in the life of the multi-generational church. She believes every child needs and deserves to be seen, heard and adored by safe, caring adults.
Bryant Thompson
Facilities Manager & Mission Coordinator
Bryant has been on staff at Eastern Shore Baptist Church since March of 1998. He and his wife, Donna, joined the church in May of 1995. He has taught Life Group classes in the both Youth and Adult Men's classes. Bryant is the Facilities Manager and Missions Coordinator for ESBC.
Linda Carlson
Eastern Shore Preschool Director
Linda has worked in the Eastern Shore Preschool Ministry since 2005. She and her husband live on the Eastern Shore with their three daughters. Linda attended the University of Mobile. She loves the Eastern Shore Preschool families and is proud to play a role in its leadership team.
Erin Moss
Church Accountant
Erin has two children, Charles and Tori, and has been married to her husband, Donnie for 17 years. The Moss family joined Eastern Shore Baptist in February of 2021, and she joined our staff in August of 2022. She has an accounting degree and has worked in accounting since 2008. Erin loves the opportunity to serve our congregation and the chance to get to know people in the church.
Bill Browning
Director Senior Adult Ministries
Bill and his wife Sylvia joined ESBC in May of 2016. Bill has served as a leader in the Men's Fellowship, taught VBS, worked with Awana, sang in the choir, and worked with the local Cowboy Church Oregon. Bill’s education is from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, and Eastern Oregon State University in La Grande, Oregon. Bill and Sylvia have five children and nine grandchildren.
