Weekday Education Ministry Weekday Education Ministry (WEM) Preschool and Mother's Day Out is a ministry of Eastern Shore Baptist Church. WEM Preschool is open to children 2 years old to 4 years old and is in session August through May. Mother's Day Out operates year round and is available to children 6 to 23 months of age. WEM Preschool and Mother's Day Out Days: Monday through Friday. Regular hours: 9:00am to 2:00pm Extended hours: 7:30am to 3:00pm Children experience Christian love, acceptance and forgiveness as modeled by their teachers.
