Children's Ministry

Sunday School
Each Sunday, children are taught Bible verses and key stories of the Bible. Our teachers are dedicated to helping your children develop their faith.

Preschoolers
Our preschool building is located adjacent to our sanctuary and is designed for children from birth through 5 years old.

Older Children
Kindergarten through 5th grade meets in our Activity Building next to the Preschool Department. 

Children's Programs

SUNDAY

Children's Church
Children's Church meets during the morning worship service in the Chapel. Children grades K-2nd are invited to attend. Children's Church begins at 10:50 and goes through morning worship service. Parents pick up their children at the conculsion of the service in the gym. On the first Sunday of the month, children are encouraged to worship with their families.

AWANA
On Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m. during the school year, children ages 3-5th grade are invited to participate in AWANA.

AWANA is an acronym from 2 Timothy 2:15, it stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. AWANA is designed to focuses on Bible memorization and uses games, songs and Bible lessons to teach children scripture. AWANA consists of the following clubs:

Cubbies - ages 3 and 4

Sparks - Kindergarten - 2nd grade

Truth & Training - 3rd - 5th grade

WEDNESDAY

Children's Choirs
Children's Choirs are on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. Preschool Choir is for ages 4 & 5, and meets on the Preschool Hall. Younger Children's Choir is for grades 1-3 and meets in the Adult Choir Room.
Older Children's Choir (also known as DRIVEN) is for grades 4-6 and meets in the 5th grade classroom in the Activities building. Join us for a great time of music and fun.  Children will be dismissed from choir and brought to the gym for a FREE supper of pizza. 

 Kids Challenge
Join us on Wednesday nights following dinner in the gym. Children ages 4-5th grade are invited to join us in the Activities Building from 6:30-7:30 p.m. for a fun time of recreation, bible study,and mission activities.

Childcare
We do provide childcare for preschool age children for most services. Your children will be cared for in a safe environment by loving teachers.
